About a month ago now, I released WPUnlimited, a paid WordPress theme. As part of the marketing technique, I made sure to include an affiliate system. This affiliate system offered people 40% of the revenue generated through their sales.

What's interesting is that it hasn't really caught on. Despite the opportunity at making upwards of $60 from a single $150 Developer license sale, there just doesn't seem to be much interest in being an affiliate for a WordPress theme.

I'd love to change this around, but I believe that it will change naturally as I continue to release improvements, updates, and continue my own marketing outside of the affiliate world.

Does anyone else have any affiliate creation experience, or would an ace affiliate feel free to give me some tips on getting affiliate related web ninjas interested in offerings?
