I want to know what is the current importance of two way link exchange. Has all the search engines stopped giving importance to it or it still has some importance from SEO point of view.

It still exists, and works, but from everything I've written, the overall effect is very small. Most search engines can track even the three way exchanges that people thought they were smart about doing.

Thanks for the reply. I think the same. As I do not fully aware of the impact of SEO techniques, we need to employ all kinds of techniques so that we can ensure better ranking at the end. However, no black hat SEO technique should be employed in the process.
